EXP3 -Mashup

Architecture News Articles Mashup

In its architectural brief, the Foundation asked for a venue of “cultural interest and curiosity via open space, architecture, art and design in order to provide people with an opportunity to Foster Community: We hope to provide a warm, welcoming environment that fosters personal relationships through passive and active, social and artistic activities. According to Amy Plitt at Curbed, “The first thing you notice when you enter [...] is how big it feels.” Carefully designed and compactly organized, the promotional material suggests that the minimum standard of living is facilitated by nothing more than a certain range of furnitureAll of the senses will be engaged as part of the experience. Our aim is to draw people into this beautiful landscape, to enhance one’s experience of nature through all five senses, and to allow nature itself to inspire in us an experience of awe.
